We have gotten to know a host of publishing professionals in the more than three decades that we've worked in the industry.
Many of them offer outstanding services in a number of areas. It is not, however, always easy to find them.
Although our business is international marketing, the publishers and writers with whom we work often ask us for help with problems in almost all aspects of publishing.
In order to help you with these problems, we've created this area of publishing and writing resources that will continue to grow as is appropriate.
The providers of services we list here are not necessarily the best in their areas, though they may well be. They are, however, companies and individuals who, over the many years that we've known them, have proved to be completely professional and of unimpeachable integrity. Their fees are determined by the services they provide; they are not exorbitant. Finally, we have asked to list them; they have not asked us to list them.
If you think someone listed here may be of help to you, please contact that individual or company directly, not International Titles. At the end of each listing, we'll provide a brief explanation of why we posted their services.
Whether or not you decide to work with anyone listed here, we recommend that you discuss your needs with them. In many cases, they may well be the answer to those needs.
Editing & Design
The Quincannon Publishing Group has more than twenty years experience in publishing, from manuscript preparation to the publication and marketing of their books. They are now offering this experience to writers and self-publishers outside their house. They prefer to deal with non-fiction manuscripts (nothing academic) but they will consider fiction on a case-by-case basis.
Their editing service not only deals with the usual grammar and spelling corrections but also checks for consistency with words, punctuation, etc.; flow of content and juxtaposition of ideas; and offers a critique of plotline.
Their in-house art department (with membership in the Graphic Artists Guild) also offers layout and design services (including photo retouching with a specialty in vintage images).
